eric helps relaunch Cigna global platform

eric has played a key role in the relaunch of a global platform for American health care giant Cigna, creating content across the new website and developing a strategy for ongoing customer engagement.

Over the past six months, eric has created animations, infographics and editorial articles (including case studies, white papers and interviews) as part of a strategic content marketing plan for its new North American platform. Developed to tell the story of the Fortune 500 company in the most engaging formats, eric has also delivered hygiene content throughout the website to aid navigation and improve customer experience.

The project is ongoing but already we’ve created content to target four different audiences varying from individual expats to brokers to companies looking for global health care solutions.

“Cigna are a vast global brand, and North America is by far their biggest market, so we’ve worked hard to get a thorough understanding of the brand and the complexities of the health care market,” explains Alex Mead, content director, eric. “The project is ongoing but already we’ve created content to target four different audiences varying from individual expats to brokers to companies looking for global health care solutions.”
