SuperCarers appoints eric for content and strategy

SuperCarers, an innovative tech platform that helps match people with their perfect care professionals, has appointed eric to produce multi-platform content and provide strategic support across all of its communications.

The London-based care platform supercarers.com, launched in 2016, with investment from the founders of Innocent Drinks who have backed some of the world’s greatest consumer brands like Deliveroo, Babylon and Simba through their JamJar Venture Fund. SuperCarers founders, Adam and Daniel, were recently named as two of the Sunday Times Top 100 British Innovators.

SuperCarers exercise

SuperCarers tasked eric with developing and delivering a content strategy that will help position the company at the forefront of the sector. “We were impressed with eric’s storytelling credentials and the strategy-driven concept they presented,” explains Adam Pike, co-founder and CEO of SuperCarers. “It was important for us to have the right marketing partner as we go into a hugely important stage in our development, including the launch of our first-ever nationwide television campaign.” Work on new animations and a video series is already underway, with the first new content set to hit SuperCarer platforms next month. eric’s content director, Alex Mead, said: “We’re obviously pleased to be working with SuperCarers, not only because they’re a dynamic company with some incredible people on board, but because there’s such a rich vein of potential content among its care professionals and clients.

SuperCarers help grandparents

The SuperCarers account completes an incredible 18 months for the eric team, having worked on the new digital platform for Fortune 500 healthcare provider Cigna; delivered a full 360-global creative strategy for Crabtree & Evelyn; produced the creative for 12 official New Zealand Rugby publications; and provided the creative and strategic thinking behind a new golf brand set to launch later this year.
